She made the decision to start her business when her daughter was born 4 and a half years ago. More than just a need for flexibility, Antoanela wanted to follow her passion for writing and to be a role model for her child.

Antoanela shares how she started her business, how it transitioned when she moved to Europe during covid, and how setting client expectations has helped with the way her business operates, and her own mindset.

Lisa had a very successful finance career. With no inclinations to leave the corporate world, when she finally fell pregnant she decided to become the primary care giver and walked away from a job she loved.
 
While she never thought she would run her own business, 15 years later she couldn’t imagine it any other way. Lisa shares her journey and how over the years her definition of success has completely changed.
