I’m Erin, a non-diet dietitian, content creator and copywriter. Across all three disciplines, I ultimately help women let go of dieting and their obsession with thinness to help them eat the foods they enjoy (without guilt) while learning to accept their bodies. As a Dietitian, I offer a 12 week 1:1 coaching program helping my clients go from professional dieters to intuitive eaters, weight watchers to scale ditchers, and body haters to body accepters. I tailor the principles of intuitive eating to each client’s unique needs and goals, developing self-care strategies, body appreciation, and satisfying eating experiences.
